Returns Instructions and Policy

Would you like to return an item? Follow these simple steps to request a refund or a replacement.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following requirements:

  • The product must be shipped back within 15 days of receiving the order.
  • The item must not have been used or washed.
  • The product must be in its original condition, with the original tag still attached.

1. Prepare the Package

Please include a note inside the package containing the following information:

  • Full name
  • Complete address
  • Order number
  • Email address
  • Phone number
  • Requested action (please specify whether you would like a refund or a replacement)

2. Ship the Product

Send the package to our warehouse at the following address:

3. Shipping Costs

Size or Color Exchange

The shipping cost for returning the item to our warehouse is the customer's responsibility. The shipping cost for sending the replacement item will be covered by Crazy.

Non-EU Countries

For all returns originating from countries outside the European Union, shipping costs and any customs clearance charges are entirely the customer's responsibility.

4. Processing Times

Refunds or replacement shipments will be processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected for compliance with the return conditions.

Is Your Product Eligible for Warranty Coverage?

The warranty does not apply in the following cases:

  1. Wool has shrunk due to improper washing.
  2. The membrane has delaminated due to improper washing.
  3. Down insulation has clumped due to improper drying.
  4. Fabric color has become uneven due to prolonged exposure to sunlight.
  5. Localized pilling caused by contact with Velcro, backpack components, or other external factors.
  6. Tears or rips caused by contact with external objects or factors.

If you believe your product is covered by the warranty, please contact us at help@crazy.it, including a description of the issue and some photographs of the product.

If the product is not eligible for warranty coverage, we will assess whether it can be repaired. If the garment is repairable, the repair will be completed within 7 working days.
