You may wonder: if it is so good, why change it? The Oxygen is the evolution of the first insulated jacket created by Crazy specifically for the most prestigious classics in ski mountaineering racing, when you need a minimalist, lightweight, packable and, above all, full-stretch garment. It was first launched at the 2007 Trofeo Mezzalama and has immediately become a must-have for keen ski mountaineers. Over time, changes have been done to make this garment - born perfect - evolve in line with the development of materials and the new solutions that fabric manufactures put on the market every year. Totally constructed using one of Toray's best outer fabrics, lightweight, water-repellent, windproof and ripstop, the jacket is insulated with a new-generation material specifically chosen by our R&D department for its properties: 4-way stretch, lightweight and packable, quick-drying and yet capable of delivering long lasting heat retention. The close-fitting hood is finished with elasticated binding. As befits the Fast & Light applications this garment is dedicated to, a fabric pocket with elasticated binding has been added on the chest for easy access - in addition to a second chest pocket with zip, bottom hem and cuffs with elasticated binding, hood that contours the head's shape and stiffened peak to keep the rain out.
